Her work draws from environmental, pedagogical, and speculative studies to examine how humans and non-humans adapt and evolve beyond human design. Through narratives featuring maguey plant cyborgs, a portal-opening ocean rock, and a haunted washing machine, she explores these themes across painting, video, performance, and text.
Saab is a founding member of Timetides Cooperative, the coordinator of the Home Workspace Program at Ashkal Alwan, and holds an MFA in Social Documentation from the University of California, Santa Cruz, as well as a BA in Studio Arts from the American University of Beirut.
